Application privacy notice

HAG Services collects your contact details, company information, director and shareholder identification and supporting documents to prepare and process your requested company registration.

Only your account and authorised HAG staff can access your application. Necessary information may be supplied to CIPC and relevant authorities to fulfil your application. PayFast handles online payment details; we do not collect card details.

We keep your information for processing, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion, subject to those obligations. A fixed retention period has not yet been published.
